Monthly costs

Example: a 21 sqm room at 5,500 baht with 500 baht of utilities pays a 3% common fee on 6,000 = 180 baht, 6,180 baht in total.
How renting works
We run the buildings on FlowRent, so everything happens in our LINE account; there is no paperwork to sign at the building.
- Check availability and book: message LINE @peerapatresidence with the building and your move-in month
- Visit: any day 08:00-24:00
- Sign online: fill in and sign the lease in LINE with your ID card or passport
- Pay the deposit and first month: bank transfer, PromptPay or credit card; the system verifies the slip and issues a receipt
- Move in: collect your keys; monthly utility bills arrive and are paid in LINE, and repairs are requested in the same chat
