- Owner-managed: you deal with our own team directly
Repairs
- Tell the staff or message LINE with your room number and the problem
- We book a technician, agree a time to enter the room, and confirm back
- Common jobs such as air-conditioning, water and electrics are arranged by our team
Parcels
- Staff accept deliveries for you, so you never wait in the room
- Collect at the front desk during staffed hours
Parking and access
- Parking in front of the building; ask about space before signing
- Entrances on both Soi Phahonyothin 53 and 55
- The soi is lit all night
